    Dr. Warren Marshall is a 1966 graduate of Jesup W. Scott High School in Toledo, Ohio. He attended Texas Southern University in Houston, Teaxs for his undergraduate studies and recieved his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1977.
